SACD is the best format for music. Vinyl, if you have a really expensive stereo system, is up there too.

Did this man sell his collection as of early 2012? I used to get a lot of my vinyl from a man named Jim Danas in Queens, NY. Another great collector, he was.

If I was a billionaire, I'd buy this for like, 5 or 10 million. Then I'd put it somewhere like a museum. I honestly can bet that I wouldn't like most of this music, but you can't let that amount of music go to waste.. Music can and has shaped history, it's too important to throw away, whether you like that genre or not.

Its spelled Vinyls and I wish I could make this guy's day by buying this collection for twice as much as its worth. I pray to the good man upstairs that he finds the collector who will cherish these beautiful records and that he gets a ton of money in return for the effort that he put into it!
