  • @jotheodorou the dotted rhythm and staccato is more of an allusion to the pointillist technique that Georges Seurat used in his paintings.

  • I love how you can see so clearly that Daniel Evans loves this work of art with every fiber of his being. Just great!

  • This is Sondheim's dotted rhythm...recall the character is "Dot"...this little musical "joke" runs in various forms (staccato being another) throughout the show.
