cont.- i said nah i couldnt get hold of any tickets, he then asked me if i could get a pen and paper, i gave to him, he asked me my name, he wrote it down followed by plus two, then he says to me "right, you and two of your mates are on the guess list for the gig tonight, see ya there". I had a big fuckin cheesie grin on my face and said dammm right. they then left. a few hours later i was at the academy buzzin me nuts off, kickin gig... a day and night ill never forget... Seen them at the academy in bournemouth (now the o2) in 91', before this quadrophenia of the 90's song was recorded. I was working at mcdonalds just a couple of shops up from the club. Working on the tills just about to finish for the day when the whole band walked in... I quickly ushered them over to my till, took there order, told them to take it for free, chucked in a few extra burgers, and a couple of apple pies as well, liam says cheers mate, then asks if im going to the gig tonight, i sai
