I was happily standing by the roadside one day, minding my own business, having a smoke, when this guy ran past me. He had a wild stare in his eye and it caught mine. Suddenly I found myself running along-side him. Where are you running too? I asked, "I don't know, too the end I suppose" came the reply.

  • hi mate im do a 24hour session on a lake how much work would you say i should spend with the marker if at all. there is ment to be some features but also the fish a very wary ?

  • try not to use a marker while fishing but at the end for next session.

To start with just use a one ounce lead withg a rig on and cast to any likely area and pull back to see what you get and only make a few casts.

You cannot expect to get it all right on the first session so do your marker at the end.

  • i wasn't aware you went fishing in a Microlite! cool...

  • I use it for bait drops:)

  • Most of my fishing has been on Beds pits;Arlsely lake, the"L"shape,Chettles,Elstow 1&2,Radwell & Willington. Some of the swims would make your hair curl!;snags, bars, reeds & lots of weed etc. Thanks again,I,m addicted to your vids & have told all my mates(you remind them of me!).Tight lines & wet mats..Mark.

  • Cheers mark.

Thanks, I had a wet mat this morning!

Two unknown uncaught golden commons from a forgotten gravel pit in two hours fishing!

23.8lb and 26lb cum on eh:)

  • Its a thing eh?

What sort of swim your fishing ect...

yes i am using gardner d-ceptors and fox armors new and have no probs

  • Sorry to bore u with more hook comments but...Been using T6Rapters(& G4 & stiff riggers)never had a problem with ESP hooks, even with braid mainline.Like u I'm a fan of big hooks(size 5).My mates are allways suprised as they use 8s or 10s!! I think u are right about the cheap reels.I think Shimano & Daiwa are the best.

  • Using mostly size 8 and 6 fox armor SCC now and there strong enough.

    Have not tryed Korda.
