  • I thought you needed your back to cross the perpendicular plane of your body and the ground like the guy in the far back. Josh and the man in the black hardly go straight up some times. Am I wrong?

  • this looks sickening

  • I love it when haters post comments on CF vids. put your money where your mouth is if you're so unimpressed. post a video matching their performance and say at the end that it was easy.

  • tabata deadlifts are not impressive. he's using rubber plates (Bumper plates), so he's just bouncing it off the floor. Yeah, I can't do that, but I'm point out the obvious. And do them in bare feet. Notice at the end when they drop the weight how much it bounces. They are doing 3/4 deadlifts, sorry, deal with it. This requires no low back stability. They also have no lockout at all, so really are just working hamstrings.

  • wow, never would have thought of doing tabata with deadlifts, looks killer. i gotta ask though no-one is rocking back atall, is this to save time or another reason? also i gotta say man, get rid of those lifting shoes and just work in socks for dl, so so so much better, i usually wear plimsolls for it and its alot more comfortable

  • @Death2theLight That's Josh directly in front of the camera.

  • i dont see josh everett ??

  • Bullshit. This isn't tabata. I'm smart!

  • @scskowron Yes. And Dr. Tabata's subjects were not allowed to up the intensity before they could maintain the previous intensity level for all 8 intervals. I.e. pacing.
