Kimkins Misleading Ads Still Playing

Kimkins.com has been proven to be running ads - some of which are not photos of actual people who did the diet. Some ads still run showing Christin and Deni who no longer support the diet plan and who have asked their images no longer be used. Other photos still appearing on the files of the ads include those taken from Russian bride websites. The woman in the red dress is not Kimmer, but actually a Russian brides picture as well. Heidi Diaz claims the ads are not available or she has no control over them, but as you can see from this video, they clearly are up and running and hosted on HER site. As long as these ads are on the host, they can be run anywhere in the world. The images in this video which show an actual website have not been edited or manipulated to show inaccurate information.

Is there a website to keep up with the lawsuit? I have also seen a kimkins ad on a blog. Is the lawsuit still going? Thanks for posting:)
