I made a 37 yard shot on this nice doe. A Mathews outback bow with a 62 pound draw weight was the weapon of choice on this hunt. It was my second deer with his bow. The deer ran just a little ways and piled up. Nice doe, weighed 105 pounds. It was the first kill recorded for the Full Throttle Outdoors DVD.

@slsail man meat is meat weather its a doe or buck. and that was a nice size doe. and if u hunt for meat like i do u should no that the smaller ones taste alot better than a big ol buck. u probably dont even hunt u probably just wanted to comment to make it seem like u knew what u was talkin about...

He didn't miss; he hit high behind the shoulder and the arrow passed through. If you watch in slow motion as the deer exits the picture to the left, you can see a bloodstain just behind her shoulderblade.

Nice shot. She is REALLY pretty. I love her fur. But isn't it a little bit hazardous to hunt right next to a barbed wire fence?

lol I dont know why everyone says I missed this deer. I've shot a few does now on video. Didnt put a random miss on here to try and trick everyone!

@Zachrys Ok, but it totally seems like you did. I mean, look closely, you'll see why people are saying that. it looks like the arrow went above it, hit something solid and in the throwback, got caught in a few branches...

@Aramonbr I cant quite help the youtube quality. Notice the doe layin in the end of the video right down the fence from where it was shot
