EV CAR RACING in JAPAN

On May 3, 2010, there was a handmade Electric Car Race at Tsukuba Cirquit, Japan.
No motor sound, just a noise from tire and the road.
The speed gets faster at the end of the race. People save their battery at the beginning part of the race.

筑波サーキットで2010年5月3日におこなわれた電気自動車レースの模様。
エンジンの爆音もなく大変静か。スピードはバッテリー残量を計算する上で、レース序盤では抑え目に走っていますが、後半はかなりアクセルを踏み込んでいます。
そのうち私もクルマを作って参加します。
