needles make the user relaxed and feel away in a different place, he wouldn't be like that if he was on needle, he just probebly high and drunk, so what people smake weed....LMAO EVERYONE DOES (noy me but like all opf my friends) and who ever said "oh drugs mess you up and shit" are totaly stupid, smoking messes you up booz to and weed but if they legalize cigarets why not weed! i have seen drunk people start fights but never have a seen a high person start a fight in my whole life. !
