This is a before and after of a 2008 Harley vrscdx night rod special. Going from stock pipes to Tab Performance Pipes/filter/fuel tuner. I Did the job myself in the garage following their directions and had no problems at all..about 3 hours in time. Enjoy the sound!

  • Do it yourself..get the pipes, filter, and tuner...follow the directions and should only take a few hours..the only hard part is capping the sensors and clipping on the injector plugs..but it's not that hard at all.

  • Man that sounds badass! I can't really tell but do the pipes have baffles?

  • They make both, baffled and non, these are baffled

  • Which fueler? And who did the map?

  • Tab Performance Tuner, They sell everything you need. Built in map for type and year

  • I listened to the sound bites for TAB. I actually compared D&D pipes and V&H. I totally like the sound of Tab over the other two. I was told screaming eagle had the loudest. I never listened to them.

  • Isn't the short pipe supposed to go on the bottom

  • I grew up on bikes, but unfortunately, I love to ride and never really worked with anyone so never learned to work on them. What all is needed outside of the exhaust to do it myself?

  • I have the 2011 Night Rod and Harley is trying to tell me V&H are the only way to go, however the price is $875 vs Tab for $319. They are also selling me on I have to have all the other stuff done to make sure it's all done right, which means if I went with V&H I would end up spending $1500 in total. They are saying I can buy the Tab Performance, but for them to put it on, is still going to cost me around $1000.

  • They don't sound baffled....nice!
