smith sucks. we have a new goalie from draft. Richards has more points combined then jokinen or halpern (i liked them but richards is better) 4th round? who cares. the stars are not too good at picking people for draft.....we had jarome iginla.

No better than in Tampa Bay?? u hsve no idea what ur talking about. He played with Modano and Lehtinen last night. They're better than anyone in Tampa. And Richards went from a second to last place team to a second place team. I think thats a lot better

Right now he's playing with Niklas Hagman who is in his *first* 20-goal season, and Antti Miettinen who scored a whopping 11 goals each of the past two years. Neither had 20 goals coming into this season.

And in Tampa, Richards' main LW was Jan Hlavac who has a 28-goal season under his belt.

What he has in Dallas is really no better than what he had in Tampa. He's just battling much harder now than he had in Tampa in a long time. He'll take shifts off in Dallas soon enough.

i was a skeptic on the trade at first

jokinen and smitty have done alot for the stars (and are both the best in their shootout positions)

but being at that game last night and seeing how well he played with the other stars like hagman, morrow, miettinen, and daley

i htink he was a good deal

helping hagman get his first ever hat trick on the way to a remarkable 5 assist night

well jsut have to see how the rest of the season plays out

oh and were only 3 points down on detroit
