go with the hb 15 bud. my friend in my class at school has this and he had a pickup put in it and it sounds amazing! i want one so bad.

Hi im interested in either an HB15 or an Epiphone casino, to play britpop/indie stuff, which would you recommend and why? many thanks, Lucas.

nice playing, what is the guitar in the background?

The Godin does look pretty cool, and I bet Cherry sounds amazing. I have a cherry snare drum and it is my favorite, great sounding wood.

look at the godin kingpin they have your exact specs
-
yeah i agree. i really only use the neck pickup tho, but either way, single coils sound way better.

ya I don't know why washburn doesn't make this guitar with two p90's,. I would so buy one, that is pretty much exactly what I was thinking, P90's with this would be good, and in a red stain.

oh another thing if you don't mind, is that mini at the standard 5/8" string height?
do you think it would be possible to change the pickup to a p90 or some other kind of single coil for a brighter and more punchy sound?

I don't think so. The mini-hum on this guitar is fully floating, and you'd have to cut a hole in the guitar's top before you could even consider mounting a p90.

dog ear p90s are surface mount, and since the mini is full floating i can put a p90 there. thanks, that's exactly what i needed to know
btw, nice playing/guitar.

@CaptainErn
Dog ears are surface mount? Never having owned a set, I had no idea. Good luck with your project, if you decide to go that way.
