I miss Caldor and Ames... Bradlees, not so much...
That's one of the reasons I still prefer Kmart over Walmart and Target today ^_^

I still have that red sweater from there, except in another color! My brother has it matching, we got it christmas of 98 (glad my parents bought a size too large)

The Caldor I shopped at in Manahawkin, NJ is now a Lowe's. The other one I shopped at on occassion in Toms River, NJ is now a Kohl's, and a Modell's Sporting Goods moved in next door to it.

I was so upset when Caldor closed and while Kohl's is a decent store, it will never be a replacement for Caldor. In NY where I'm from there's a Super KMart there now.
