Ingredients for 4-6
frozen pear 300g
milk 40cc
sugar 30cc
mint

材料(4から6人分)
冷凍ル・レクチェ(冷凍したものを取り出し、室温で3~4分置いておきます)300グラム
牛乳 40㏄
砂糖 大さじ2
ミントの葉 お好みで

口に入れた時は少しバナナみたいな香りがしますが、鼻を抜ける時の香りは洋梨って感じのおいしいジェラートになりました♪

  • @jimmychauv There's no cream added...And in gelato, the ingredients are stirred while being frozen together (rather than being frozen to begin with) to prevent a lot of air from getting in...That's what makes it creamy, dense and not grainy. What this person made is more of a sherbet and even then the ingredients aren't being frozen together.

  • You should remove the gelato from your titles because you're false advertising. This isn't gelato.
