I agree he's talking about the classic funk track "What I've Got Is What You Need" by Unique (remember it being a massive club track in 1983) and they've repeated it to make the sample then sound like the bloke who says "LFO" on "LFO" by LFO
The only part of this song I don't like is the spelling of "Love". It feels out of place with the wonderful bass, beats, and abstracted sound bytes. Other than that one little element, the song has a delightful, punchy groove to it.
