i was wondering if I could get some clarification on something.

On scoobies site it talks about goals and for muscle mass the method is bodybuilding. What is "bodybuilding"? I thought it was all bodybuilding!

any clarification?

Hi, I gained big mass with the palm diet - 10 kg +. Piece of meat size of your palm (mostly grilled pork or chicken), not inc fingers, and another amount of carb size of your other palm, - veg carrots taters etc, twice a day, just boiled or steamed. Took Whey powder three small spoons after a workout (3-4 a week). Breakfast was whole milk and muesli and a banana. Everyone's different, but if your at the stage where the body fat is being replaced by muscle that may explain the slow mass gain.

0:41 small head?!?! ROFL I love Scooby because he's able to laugh at himself. A self depreciating sense of humor isn't to common amongst bodybuilders.

Hey guys check out the "more info" box. Is that a new Scoobysworkshop forum?!?!
