When I go to sync ringtones and click on it, it says it has to delete all songs and videos on my iphone to be able to sing the ringtone?

@Shooter13JMH yeah that happens sometimes, it normally happens if you already automatically sync your iPhone and music, as opposed to manually syncing.. the only real solution is to deal with the resyncing and switch to manual syncing of the library and ringtones unfortunately.

I'm using iTunes 9 now. No AAC option. But i know that by clicking consolidate file i'm kinda doing the same thing. After I do that, however, my file turns into an MP3 format file and when i rename to .m4r, its okay. The problem lies when i drag my .m4r file back into iTunes. It does not show up, as in it is not added into the itunes library whatsoever. Tips?

@1ShadowRock9 The option to create an AAC version in iTunes 9.1 is now located under the "Advanced" > Create AAC Version - this is the best way to do it, as you can't simply convert an mp3 into an AAC or an M4R file just by changing the file extensions, it won't work. I've updated the video accordingly. thanks!
