  • WCs come in a variety of types: pencils, crayons, tubes & pans. The WC pencils & crayons are neat to take if you are going to be on a hike. The pans (1/2 and full) are fine if you travel. They usually do not soften and ooze in your pack. Tube colors are obviously softer but can ooze/ mess up your pack. Full pans are fine for indoors. Outdoors, 1/2 pans take up obviously less space. Your choose depends on your preference, where you go, size of your brushes/paper & how much you want to carry.

  • I keep seeing info on pans and half pans...What is the difference and is there something econimical about buying them?
