[MO] Cop FIRED for this rant, now with new dept., charged with DV

This is an uncensored crop of a video stream that citizen Brett Darrow caught of then-St. George (Missouri) police officer James Kuehnlein's [KEHN-lihn] profanity laced tirade about how he could frame Brett if he wanted to. ONCE BRETT tells this sick cop that yes, there's a video and that the actual video goes to a SERVER and is not in the actual camera, suddenly Kuehnlein's attitude changes into a lecture of caring instead of threats. St. George fired this (creepy) person.

NOW, in November of 2011 VELDA police Sgt. James Kuehnlein (Yes same guy) was charged - felony charge of kidnapping, inflicting injury and terrorizing in addition to second-degree domestic assault and two counts of misdemeanor domestic assault.. What was the city of Velda thinking when they hired this man? They should be held $$$LIABLE$$$ for dressing this guy up like someone that can be trusted - by the public and, off-duty, by women who might trust him because he's an officer. IF he threatens a stranger the way he DID in this video, I can only imagine what he says to a girlfriend that he wants to command and demand power over.
