I wrote and composed this song in the memory of a friend, Joanna Alyssa Mendonca. Also known as Joey.
This song is for everyone that felt a mutual pain when she past away. I miss her as much as you do and I'd gladly share that with you guys anytime.
I hope you enjoy!
Love you Joey!

Lyrics:
I know you're not here on Earth
I sense your presence hasn't passed over

I dreamt about your mother at the beach
Here with me, where she sprinkled you
onto the beach. Far from me.

So I'm on a sailboat trying to to find my ways to you
Where does a lost girl go,
what does she do?

Is she dead, or is she the ocean floor instead?
No, no, no! She couldn't be gone
She couldn't be gone.

When I wake up
When I wake up

I'll be alright
living life
without her in my sight,
but if you visit me in my dreams
don't forget to say "hi"
one last time
one last time.

:)

*I didn't write down the lyrics to justify whether or not they made sense or not. This all came to mind! Hopefully, you know what they mean when I sing them, though.
