  • The video is very informative and it tells the insights of what body building is. Its all about hard work and self discpline. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans that you could use in order to gain lean muscles and help you achieve the lean muscular looks that most guys ever wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • This video's helpful. I got new tips that I could utilize for my workout. you'll have better results if you follow a certain program.
