At the Texas State Fair in Dallas you can get a deep fried stick of butter.

1) the pizza is deep fried from frozen
2) hand on (diseased) heart, i can honestly say I've never had deep fried chocolate, however I have had deep fried cheese and that was delicious. I dont really see what is so disgusting about it. what is tempura after all?

@quite1nteresting I'm Canadian, some times my family deep frys pizza crust and serves it with dip (espc. if its the type of crust that is filled with cheese). This isn't a tradition or anything, just something we picked up.
