I did all this. I even rebooted my laptop and goldwave plenty of times, and it still doesn't work!? It doesn't come up in the atributes? Can you help me out?

btw the reg file comes as a .reg.txt to install it to your pc you will need to delete the extra .txt then it will turn to a reg file then you can install it :)
