Do you wake in the morning with pain in your back, neck, and joints? It could be because of your sleeping position. Good posture is as important during sleep as it is during waking hours. When you dont give your body proper support, the result can be a real pain in the neck or back for that matter. There are measures you can take to alleviate this problem.

  • I thought most of my back pain was from golf. Maybe I'm sleeping all wrong!

  • When in comes to back pain most people associated it with an injury or sports activity, they seldom associated with the position they sleep in. The age, type of bed and the condition of your bed also has major influence on your sleep quality.

  • I didn't know that I shouldn't be sleeping on my stomach...guess that explains the stiff necks.

  • Remember sleeping on your back does not allow for your spine to properly align while you sleep, the incorrect pillow can also cause this issue.

  • A good mattress is well worth the money!

  • Oooookkkkk

  • The best position to sleep is on one's back. It may be an unusual position for many of us as we were put to sleep while and infant on our stomachs. Try to sleep on your back. The next morning you'll feel like a million.
