"It takes talent to impress, but greatness to inspire"
I heard a quote similar to that at one time.
Im really glad to hear he's a nice guy, you wouldn't imagine the pretentious assholes I've ran into in my time! I'll never support them in anyway, ever again.

nice video

That's actually the first video I saw which has a 5 star rating

dude! Very different! Good different too. Today, there are just too many cliche solos. I like that kind of funky sound stanton has.

yeah thats a very metal band. Thats why i like him, he can do it all.
-
very true but i'm only calling the drummers who ONLY play metal meat heads. Most metal drummers out there are great.
-
actually, stanton did do an album with corrosion of conformity. isnt that ironic?

very true any proffesional drummer is a rolemodel for me. It's just my oppionion on metal, although i like a few metal bands.
Phenomenal! Thanks for posting this.
I met Stanton in Chicago and he is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, and he plays with so much stankiness (<--word?), and musicality. I think the mark of the greats is that he/she makes you want to play better. Stanton does that for me every time I hear him.
Thanks again.

funny you say that, because i think that stanton actually was in a metal band for a while.
A good musician dosen't let genre stop them.
