Crysis at 1080p with 4850 1GB

Playing Crysis for the first time on my new comp at 1080P hooked up to a 42" full HD LCD through HDMI. Thermaltake M9D case Gigabyte MA78GM-S2HP, AMD X4 920 phenom 2 (2.8GHz), 8GB Kingston DDR2-800, ASUS EH4850 1GB, Seagate 3.5" 500GB HDD 32MB Cache 7200rpm

yeah.., maybe you can get pretty good FPS in this level, but when you have reached the Ice level ( Paradise Lost ), your FPS will be dropped to nearly unplayable ( I think ).

Your pc beats my 1.1ghz amd antlon mp single core 768mb ram 160gb hard drive windows xp and 64mb integrated video card but now a 3650 for hdmi to tv It used to be good use but it lasted so long I just put a 3650 in there and My mom uses it for her movies and tv shows and what not :) its more low end!

1gb ram would get owned... and p4, your 8600gt would survive though I've run crysis low on a 7600 gt or gs can't remember. lol

i can play at 15 frames in medium....

my computer would explode trying to run crysis even on low... i've got the most low-end computer a gamer could have (until xmas, cant wait!)

BUT THE BEST PART IS:

I'm running it on a Pentium 4.

i prefer having a good fps than maxed graphic...i have no problem to set aa on 8x or 4x and not 16x
