you press the look button to skip cutscenes, but you can only skip them in PC. You cant skip them in Playstation ;)

I record on PC with FRAPS application. No VCR, sorry.

how many times do u practise for a a speedrun

Depends on many things. You know, some levels are easy like this one, so it took me only a few tries (I did a speedrun of this game before, so I only improved my earlier time), but some like Catacombs were actually hard to do, because of some bugs which unfortunately creates FRAPS (recording program). And there's of course luck involvment. So I think that about 30-50 tries on average is the number you want to know, but I can tell you that it was about 50-100 tries in the first speedrun.

I use Fraps recording program (PC only). If you have a PS version, you can record to your VCR or DVD player.
