  • @juncal230975 It's hard to eat just one!

  • The macros fit great for a snack! Good job!

  • @icegoguma Really good!

  • @icegoguma Not in the least. Your stomach is full of acid anyways that will break it down.

  • wait,,,isn't the protein powder supposed to be mixed with water so it's more digestable?? im worried cause i get stomach problems easily

    thanks

  • omg looks good..........................

  • @Damion5050 Should be around a 35 gram scoop

  • Have a question for the op.. I made per the recipe but had way to much protein powder so I had to add in some more almond milk.. My question is do you know the size of the scoop you used, or about what size measuring spoon I should use..

  • @theclicker1 Haha not a significant source.

  • does anyone know how much protein / carbs are in semen? I just swallowed about two teaspoons.

  • @magicman1455 Yeah I'm just not sure they wouldn't melt after and then stick to the foil. Only way to find out!

  • @CampbellFitness Maybe this would work but i'm not 100% sure, but maybe you can freeze the protein bar, and then wrapped in foil, and bring it to school :)

  • @OreoGMoneyJr If you're looking for a good meal replacement that's easy to carry around, you can just do some oatmeal, whey and peanut butter. Keep it in a small tupperware container and just add water when you're ready to eat it.

  • @CampbellFitness Thanks for the reply :), is there an alternative to maybe baking in the oven so i can use them at school? if so, how? im new to the whole cooking thing

  • @OreoGMoneyJr I'd put my money on yes. Unless you have some kind of lunch box with that keeps things cool. Not 100% on this though, they never last too long around my house!
