Improvisation with eBow on a composition made with Magix MusicMaker. The kolibri butterfly shown in the movie at 0:58 was filmed in my backyard. These butterflies are not shy at all. I don't see a lot of these in the Netherlands but they seem quite common. I have atleast 1 or 2 in my garden every summer. Camera: Panasonic Lumix TZ10 used for both clips. Mixed with Magix MusicMaker & Ableton Live Suite 8.02. Gibson Les Paul Goldtop + Huges & Kettner Switchblade 50 miked with a Shure SM-57. Effects: Vox Satchurator + Vox Time Machine.

  • I really like this well done, lovely guitar sound, can you tell me please the make of the bridge pick up you have? Thanks.

  • @zinktrumpet Thank you, that's a Dimarzio Super Distortion 100 in soapbar format. Really old pickup, over 30 years. After removing the pickup covers and the original mini humbucker, this would fit right in without the use of a saw. Not that I would ever use one on this axe. ;)

  • Dude, you seriously need to start tabbing some of this stuff out and release it along the backing tracks, I for one would gladly pay my hard earned money for this. Keep them coming!

  • @Monkeyemmo Hey man, thanks for the inspiring comment. I am thinking about tabbing some. Going to be free though, music should be shared for free. :)

  • Hey, Henk, FANTASTIC composition! Great music and great sound here, as usual :)

Excellent use of the eBow. Very good work, pal. Thumbsup!

  • @juancarlosportillog Thanks JCP. Needs some polishing as usual but the frame is there. Next thing i am planning is buying a new eBow (the newer model has some interesting features). I will also try to fit it in some different music next time. Maybe some metal!

  • Inspiring comment! It is you that has inspired me to improve on the guitar after hearing your recording with the Blackstar HT-5. Now I think it's time I took a look at one of those eBow, look like fun. Keep them coming champion.

  • @notpopebuthope Thanks, Chris. Yes a bit early on the chill but this dreadful european summer is to blame! :)

  • @ParanoidPaal Hi Paal, thanks! :)

  • @TubePowered I wish I could study and publish more music too. But time....Thanks for listening and your comment.
