  • is that tuned to A440

  • @KMNKeyboardVault

    Yes, the pitch is a = 440.

This pitch was very common in Italy in this time (often even higher), as you can read in Bruce Haynes book "The pitch a" (about 500 pages only documents about different pitches)

  • Actually I think that date should be 1732....

  • @grantco1313

You right - and the first who noticed the mistake! Thankyou, I try to correct it...

    Wolfgang

  • Super! Ilove it......

  • @Scinbe

You commented my video (thankyou), but there are problems: it stops at 0:10.

so I will upload it again, and my be your comment will be removed by this way too.

  • Great composition and a great live performance and sound!

  • Do these instruments happen to pluck the string and hammer it at the same time? It has such a shocking attack to the notes. I love it. This makes the sound of the piano seem bland.

  • wow! it seems that cristofori's mechanich was already perfect... thanks for posting

  • It does NOT stop at 0:10

  • Awesome, loved the last part on the action. It's much more simple than in a modern piano
