  • Oh my, why the hell am I German? I want to be a reenactor too but I'd end up in prison if someone caught me wearing a Wehrmachts- or even a Waffen-SS-Uniform.

I can't stand our politicians when they talk about "our historical responsibility". Sure these were not the brightest days in our history, but why are we taught to deny the honor of our fighting men back then (including my great-grandfather an my grand-uncle)?

I bet you Americans just laugh or believe I'm kidding when you read this...

  • No I belive you I was with the US Army in Berlin for four years I know your right...its a shame in a way. Your common soliders should be honored also...the ones who did their duty...for their country.

  • yes I agree fully with ya,we should not kick dirt in the face of the enemies fallen for they to like you said had a job to do but they were just workin for deranged dictators....and we should honor the ones that lived to.

  • cool, someday Ill drop by and fight with ya

  • For anyone that's who wnat's to know there's a place about an hour and a half south of memphis that is great for reenacting . There's already a few bunker's , and road's that will support armor , This place actually look's like it's been worked over by artillary in part's of it . There are places open enough for platoon size fight's but still more than enough room to move as a unit to out flank .

This place is pretty damn big and it look's great . It could easly handle 100 to 150 people .

  • cool, i'm actually going down to Ft campbell on thursday for the Nationals, i'll see ya there!!

  • Yes I know Mike
