High School Scholars Visit Ohio Wesleyan University on Feb. 7-8

Ohio Wesleyan University recently awarded $18,000 Schubert Honors Scholarships to selected academically gifted high school students, who then were invited to campus to compete for additional scholarships. Nearly 200 students and their families attended the Schubert Honors Scholars event on Feb. 7-8, 2010. Here are highlights from the event.

Thank you for sending the video of the visit of the honor students! It sure brought back memories of why OWU was so warm, challenging, and interesting. Hardly a day goes by when I don't think of one of my professors and the support and example they gave us. It is a joy to see it still carrying on and to see all those eager young faces who will help to contribute to it.  Keep learning; there is still a lot of work needed to change the world!
