Can you adjust the speeds of the door? Because we have some international buses at our school district (2003's+2004's, 2006+2007, 2009+2010), and they all seem to close the same way...

Yes you can. There's a box with two screws above the door and in that box you can control the door's pressure.
That may be because of the stock setting on them.

Depends on what bus and what kind of specs you want to throw on it. I'll tell you this, the last buses we got, two 2011 Thomas EFs, costed 128,745 thousand.. each.
