That's pathetic. Rephrased: Powell "owes" the party and that trumps any sense of integrity or conscience. Sounds like politics as usual. Hard to believe he said that with a straight face. Buchanan needs to get a dictionary and check the definition of "integrity." His version is twisted.

I have long had patience to listen to the viewpoint of the extreme Christian Right Wing of the Republican party but Pat Buchanan has crossed a line. He damns himself with his own words henceforth all things he says are tainted with this slur upon General Colin Powell. Pat is a racist ... and this is coming from a 60 year old white man in Canada who can see a duck that walks, talks and spews hate like one.
Shame on Buchanan and all those Republicans who would defend this sort of vile sickness
