  • also....how many repetitions and sets do you recommend just starting out? I don't want to over do it! Thanks!

  • @MegandMattR Hey, if you come to my blog, I have a dedicated beginner's area, with some workouts with full modifications for reps and time - for those people starting out. Everything you need is at the side. AND there's now a new forum for people to talk to each other too :D

  • Excellent stuff; explained nicely. You can tell Andrew is a personal trainer; he articulates very well and that's saying something when you both have the same accent as me! :-)

  • @gemartii Thanks, good to hear from a local on here ;) Cheers

  • Another good video, you two rock!

  • @Ironman195422 Thanks :)

  • I just found your videos and website! Great workouts! I just started KB training 2 months ago, and I am loving the results I am getting. I can't wait to mix your worout in with the ones I am doing now. Although I am using a much lighter weight:)

  • Thank you! I went and signed up on the forum (megsr81) and I have been checking out the videos on your site!

  • I just received my very first kettle bell the other day and I am looking forward to this new workout very much! Thank you for making this beginner tutorial this has been extremely helpful! As I get used to this one I look forward to trying out your other videos. Is there anything important I should know with just beginning? How to prevent lower back injuries...etc. I have knee trouble so I am not sure I can squat down as far as she is....will the workout still work as good if I cannot squat far?

  • very good! more of those! :)

  • I've been doing the exercise at 3.00+ but with my hands underneath the ball of the kettlebell; but I'm only using a 6KG one. I don't plan to do this with the larger weights...
