Hey! Have been looking for a flight view directly on the helicopter? This NEW LT-711 Hawkspy should be your choice! This Large size helicopter equips gyroscope as well as a DV Cam! The cam is built-in, and there is no need to worry where to mount the cam! Despite of the video cam, it has performs outstanding hovering. You can control it in 3 directions, up & down, forward & backward as well as to turn clockwise and anti-clockwise. The helicopter flies as stable as a floating object, you can easily control it to land on any spot you want.

Why Hawkspy?

You can hardly find helicopter with such size equipped with video cam, as the cam is built-in, you don't need to find a place to mount the cam on! You won't need to tie the cam on the heli's landing skid, also no need to worry about the balance! Different from external cam, you can control the camera by the transmitter. So that you can turn on the camera during flight, this saves the memory. (i.e, you don't need to turn on the cam before flying). It takes video right from the cockpit. The built-in cam is not low quality cam, it takes high resolution color video, you can have a look at the video below.

Where is the cam?

You can find it right under the helicopter body.

You can also pick a card with larger memory from the option. The factory is really user friendly that there is also a FREE micro SD card reader in the pack.

WHAT DOES THE GYRO DO? The gyro is an essential component in many RC helicopters. Gyros in RC helicopters are most commonly used to control unwanted movement on the yaw axis. When an RC helicopter rotates on its yaw axis, the direction the nose points (the heading) changes. The yaw gyro's job is to sense any undesired rotation around the yaw axis (clockwise or counter clockwise rotation when viewed from above), and to automatically correct the orientation of the RC helicopter. Without a yaw gyro, even if the RC helicopter was trimmed out to fly straight initially, it would eventually begin to drift and rotate right or left. Normal maneuvering of the RC helicopter and external forces can result in undesired yaw rotation. When this occurs, the gyroscope senses this change in yaw and corrects it. This results in stable flight for the RC helicopter and no undesired changes in yaw. With coaxial structure, it provides a more steady flight. The helicopter also features full metal structure that provides high strength upon crash!

  • @KritiKalBMX There is a on/off switch for the camera on the remote. You may test it without flying it. When the light is flashing, it should be recording. After you done, turn it off and it will be save into your mini sd. Make sure your have your mini sd in the slot before you recording.

  • @bhabeney no you got it all wrong when it's green that mean it is not "ON"...when it's red that mean that the camera have been turn "ON" hope this out..:)..."ON" mean recording...

  • @jackyboy120 don't forget to turn off the heli when you are charging..

  • @jackyboy120 ok there are two wires that are sticking out of the heli...the wire with the red end is the one that connects to the heli...the 2nd(white end) wire is to connect to the charging cable...all you gotta do is connect the 2nd wire to the charging cable and plug it on the wall....i'm pretty sure you don't have to connect the 1st wire to the heli while you are charging the battery....sorry if it didn't help you.:)
