Myst Online: Uru Live - My Journey

On February 4th 2008, an announcement was made that Myst Online: Uru Live was going to be removed from gametap. I was devastated, but at the same time, I knew it may have been the end of MOUL on Gametap, but not the end of MOUL as a whole. I decided to make something to help preserve the memories of MOUL on Gametap, and to provide hope that MOUL will most likely be back someday, in one form or another.

The video reflects my personal journey through Uru, showing some of my favorite places and all of my friends I made on Uru.

This is also the 2nd released re-mastered version; I have improved a few of the clips in terms of timing. I do apologize for taking it off and on you tube for sometimes I forget to edit a few more things. Yeah, I'm a perfectionist xD

I just found this online Uru tonight. I still don't have a clue what to do, but it is awesome to be back in a myst world again. I only wish i had known about it sooner, so I could have been a part of keeping it alive. Myst is one of the fondest memories I have.  Great video man.

Does anyone know how to exit the game. I just download the game about an hour ago, I'm at the part where I just talked to the guy at the trailer. I wanna get off the game now. But can someone tell me how to exit the game

@niko83518 URU is based on the Myst series created by Cyan Worlds. Myst 1 was the best selling game in the 1990's. Myst is an adventure game and unfortunately URU had crappy sales and suffered from multiplayer cancellations. Type "Myst" into Google.

I remember being in K'veer and in Kirel (or bevin?) for those "/cheer" shots, that was fun, hard to believe that that was 2 years ago and we have MOUL (again) again!

Just wish I didn't have to go to my Windows machine to play it, old Macs are old...

Really is a great game and I'm glad it's been brought back. I'm a little annoyed at how, after the main "campaign" it's kinda unclear what to do, but this video was very heartening in that it showed me a lot of things I've yet to see and complete...assuming they're still out there in the free version. Great video, man!
