Engine 16 dispatched along with Engine12 to back up Engine 11 on what was supposed to be a dumpster fire. Battallion 3 requested two more Engines after he arrived on scene to find that it was a construction dumpster on fire. Oh but it gets better, The construction dumpster was still sitting on the back of the truck! Engine 16 is a 1989 E- One Hurricane. It has a 1500 GPM pump and is carrying 1000 gallons of water.

  • excuse my bad spelling but this is pigen forge Tn right?

  • i hate the positioning of the camera other wise it would be a good video ! (:

  • that wind shield wipers starting to piss me off

  • @nattters1 Not a good idea at all. Those fiberglass hood are quite slippery and can lead to a bad fall. Also you don't know what's inside that dumpster, if something explodes again you can fall and get hurt bad. Nothing like solid ground to stand while holding a line carrying 100+ psi of water pressure.

  • @USMC3531tsd

Some states and Provinces its the law that they have an Electronic Setup on the rigs...

  • @TheKheon09 they might have but first of all, all the "fire trucks" are actually fire engines which don't have big fancy ladders. the ones with the ladders, fire trucks, don't carry water and usually only one canon but they don't carry water their main purpose is to ventilate fires for the men inside.

  • Great video sub please!

  • the risk of this kind of driving for saving an old truck? I would be tempted to answer: we`ll be there, but try to keep the fire alive !!!

    ThM - Norway. (ex. firefighter)

  • @nattters1 Keep from damaging/dirtying the hood. Plus it is extremely dangerous being up there operating the hose.

  • Thats not a federal Q. Too weak!
