And would you believe there are 4 new EDF titles on the way? A couple are mobile versions while the other two are console bound. The one called Insect Armeggedon seems to be a side story because the second console game is titled EDF 4. Just when I thought this series was dead we end up deluged by sequels. I'm not complaining.

Well, this game deserves more credit than people give it. While it may not be the most story-advanced game I've ever played, it is without out the doubt the most addictive, the most fun, and the most gigantic in scale game I have EVER played. Same goes for it's predecessor, Global Defense Force. I find a lot of people play it for 2 minutes and hate it straight away because they don't give it a chance.
