They're not completely Compatible, so "No" because tehre's no set rules for havinga crossover games but there have been plenty of "Custom" rules that others have done.
I mean its a good idea but honestly if it was Superman vs. a Wave of Zombies....Superman would run it and DESTROY THEM. :\
Though I wouldn't mind seeing Jekyll and Hyde and The Tracker (Hyde and Allan quartermain)

@mattfoley99 So far only the Hellboy pack is compatible, it even says on the box "FIRST SET TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH HEROCLIX AND HORRORCLIX"
