GH 06.07.01b - Carly won't give up on her and Sonny's future

Bobbie tells Carly about her conversation with Sonny in which he told her that Carly was dead to him. Carly insists that Sonny will come around. Carly explains that she panicked after a bomb was delivered to their home. Bobbie wonders if her real motive might be testing Sonny. Carly objects, but Bobbie points out that Carly always blows up her life when things are going good. Carly maintains that Sonny will get past her betrayal. Bobbie informs her that Sonny was out having expensive dinners with beautiful women while she was away. Again, she urges Carly to move on, but Carly refuses. Bobbie notes that she doesn't give up. Carly says she thought Bobbie didn't either, but that's just what she's doing with Roy. Bobbie tells her it's more complex than she knows, but Carly thinks she's just making excuses and being self-destructive just like her daughter. Carly lists some of Sonny's faults and says they don't matter because she's never loved anyone more. She says they are special, just like Bobbie and Roy and Bobbie shouldn't walk away so easily. Bobbie gives her a hug and tells Carly she's happy to see her before leaving.
