The Best Science Fiction films from all over the World (Non-American) (Part 2)

I have created this list in response to many comments in my other clips. Many people noticed that in the sci fi list previously shown i didn't list many movies from other countries. Well this was mainly because i was planning another list with other movies from various latitudes: Europe, Soviet Union, Latin America and even Oceania. Why two lists? Well maybe because it would be easier to appreciate the differences between average films from the west (mainly american) and films of different styles and themes from others countries (both eastern and Western): In the second part you will see:

american sci-fi is mostly a stereo type, repeating the same old stories over and over again with added cgi. thats whats wrong with american sci-fi. if you want to have interesting stories you better look elsewhere.
