Surprised how many comments are trying to diffuse, distract from, or dismiss this behavior. A trained hunting dog that acted like that would have to be put out to pasture. The police behavior in this video is not acceptable. It isn't acceptable from anyone in any circumstance. Apprehend the suspect and restore order. Uphold the law and respect human dignity. Wearing a gun and badge isn't an excuse to be an ass with impunity. Quite the opposite. If we tolerate this as citizens we'll get worse.

overall no matter what you say, the actions that these POLICE took was unacceptable and unnecessary, he was defenseless and on the ground surrendering, I don't condone what he did but how they went about the situation was all wrong.
