First things first, this is a joke. I don't mean any of this seriously and yes I'm terrible at editing crossovers, I've never done one before and since this isn't serious I didn't try particularly hard to make them look like they were in the same room etc.
Secondly, storyline; basically the Master regenerates into Bernard but something goes wrong meaning he regenerates into a baby with no memories of his past reincarnations and is raised as Bernard Black. (yeah this isn't shown in the video but it woul be too difficult to portray so I left it out) He still hears the drumming but has never known why. Then one day the Doctor walks into the shop and recognises him (Time Lords can recognise other Time Lords even if they're in disguise). He tries to explain it but Bernard kicks him out thinking he's crazy. Afterwards Bernard begins to get flashbacks of his last reincarnation. Frightened of who he might be he ignores further attempts by the Doctor, ignores the weird happenings which have started to surround him and drinks to forget, dooming himself to a life of drunken dancing, slight insanity and constant hangovers.
So yeah, don't take it too seriously and don't point out plot holes and discontinuity errors, it's a joke born from my love of both shows and a desire to see Dylan Mora as the Master. Hope you enjoy. =D
