  • riciao adrizzi le gambe prima di finire l'esecuzione, devi lavorare più la parte sotto della schiena, così rischi di farti male..prova a stare col sedere all'indietro, a papera, e cerca di addrizzare le gambe solo dopo aver alzato il bilanciere cn la schiena semidritta per completare
