Proof can be created very easily by government officials -but U misunderstood the Maine example-yes it was an accident but guess what-it was used to as a pretext to declare war against Spain-(Yellow journalism) as it is known-why the trade center why not a more government building-ofcourse the reason is because there was an attempt in 1993-so there is a political purpose-that is tied to economics!
