nbaus, wow that is beast. That's directly from someone who s the shortest on his team but can dunk with EASE. I used the training program at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and increased more than 13 inches on my dunk.

Players used to respect the game enough to study past dunkers and practice and create. These guys just showed up and did warm-up dunks.

The league should let fans vote for the dunk contest. They also should find a way to make players participate, sort of like public relations events off the court. But even then the players would have to care enough to be creative. But maybe if you have all the stars forced to dunk they would also be forced not to embarrass themselves. But Sat night was a disgrace. THE NBA SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR MAKING THOSE LEGENDS JUDGE THE CONTEST!!

nbaus I am 5 9 and I dunk in my highschool team games. I m in my school's ball team and my dunking wows everyone (the girls haha). It was honestly extremely easy, I just used the nba workout program over at | 50 inch vertical(dot)com | - I m sure you can probably do it too
