Whip Ass Gaming: ATI Radeon 8500 Demo - Outdoor Light

A very "Bliss-like" run through the hills. Reminds me a lot of the "Bliss" screensaver from Windows XP. There was no background music to this, so I added the "Rusty Ruins Act 1" piece from Sonic Blast.

The Rendering Outdoor Light Scattering in Real Time Demo, version 1.0, is running on my Radeon X1950 Pro(512 megs DDR3, AGP 8X). Sorry about the dips in framerate, my computer doesn't do so well when recording video, at full size, via Fraps. The demo itself runs extremely well on my system, just not with Fraps recording.

funny thing HL2 is so optimize for ATI that the X800 (shader model 2.0b) can beat a 6800 or 7600 of which uses 3.0 ( far bigger in terms of power)
