    this song was written when Jacobs-Bond was in the Mojave Desert. The lyrics were written as she watched the sunset over Mount Ribidoux. You have an amazing, beautiful voice; truly outstanding. I have a copy of this sheet music from 1910 for cello!

    Thanks, I found out my great grandmother had this song at her funeral.

    She was a muscian,  and bet she loved this song.

    Have been looking for a recording of this song, but am not really interested in the operatic versions, Your voice is divine. I wish I had your version on cd. I love the lilting, slightly melancholy way you sing this. So beautiful
