Neigborhood Bike Works: The Hub of the Philadelphia Bicyle Culture

Neighborhood Bike Works, also known as "The Bike Church" is a Non-Profit dedicated to teaching Bicycle repair skills and Bike safety to West Philadelphia Youth. The Bike Church is also the Hub of the Bicycle Culture where young African Americans work on bicycles side by side with facilitators, volunteers and students from local Universities who have decided to forgo owning their own car and use their bike, public transportation and rented or borrowed cars to get every where they need to,
